Have a heart for Katelyn

28 Oct 2009

Last weekend family and friends of Katelyn Crowhurst set out on a 40km bike ride from Salisbury to Semaphore and back to honour the memory of the Evanston Park 10 year old.

Born with a congenital heart disease, Katelyn sadly passed away in July this year.

Katelyn’s parents Robert and Kathy Crowhurst decided to hold the bike ride to raise funds and acknowledge the wonderful care their daughter received at the Women’s & Children’s Hospital’s cardiology department.

As the principal charity for the Women’s & Children’s Hospital, the WCH Foundation would like to thank everyone involved for supporting such a great cause.
